I also give an update on the Hermes watch situation 🫣 Had to cut that weekend short because Bori was sick, but we pick up tho weekend at Napa for wine tasting and finish everything up with a dinner at Benu, an incredible 3-star michelin restaurant 🤤. Happy Anniversary to you and Matthew. Benu is one of my favorite restaurants in the Bay Area. I haven’t been back to Bouchon in a while, so it’s nice to see your visits. Thank you for sharing. If you haven’t tried Addendum next door, it’s also a great restaurant. Love the blue Dior top on you. I’m asking my SA to reserve one in my size. As for your Hermes watch, I’m glad it got resolved. My hubby have had issues with a watch purchase from them😊 and it was sent back for repair. We waited several months.

I love addendum!! Usually if we go with another couple we try and go 😊 do you have a favorite winery in napa/somoma?? Ever since posting my video several people have told me they’ve also had Hermes watch problems 😵‍💫😵‍💫 a bit shocking to me but now I totally understand;; hopefully with their more recent investments into watchmaking they can sort it all out 😫. @@Somidoshop It’s been awhile since I visited Napa valley. My hubby is the one who loves wine. He gets annual subscriptions from Maybach Family Vineyards, so I guess that’s one of his favorites. We purchased several watches from Hermes and fortunately only had problems with one so far. It’s the Arceau L'Heure De La Lune; the complications seem complicated so perhaps the reason. lol… But you are correct that Hermes have improved in their overall watch department… just not at the boutique. The SA are not as knowledgeable.

I love watching vlog, please do more of this 😂 I ordered one Petit H bracelet online and it came torn apart. But luckily I could return and receive a refund, although the return process was completely a mess. But all sorted out. The first Dior crop top and the last one that you tried are absolutely my favorite, they look great on you. The first one is more of casual style and the last one is more stunning and elegant fit. 😍 And Happy Anniversary!!

Agreed that the Dior jacket is stunning! I have been tempted by the horse as well but haven’t succumbed yet! Hermes also has some lower priced fragrances … honestly not sure what makes the difference

Fun vlog. Bummer about the watch issue, glad it was resolved. I need to reach out to my SA with the holidays coming up! Napa looks fabulous as always. Not sure Beni will be on my list of restaurants, I am such a plain eater and I’m not much of a fish eater regardless. I hope your eye heals quickly. So scary!

Thanks for sharing your lovely weekend! It's great to know H finally replace a new watch for your boyfriend. Still puzzled me why they didn't do the right thing first until corporate stepped in. Because of this incident, the SM should approve any bag or SO for you/boyfriend to make up the trouble :) Th black CD jacket looks great on you, did you get it? I think the VC ÉGÉRIE looks and fits amazing on you, looks much more pretty and elegant. The Hemry horse looks so cute, I wish they make a even smaller one for small dogs...

I didn’t get anything from dior that day, but I’m definitely considering the first top and jacket since they were so cute! I also liked the vacheron very much, I’ve hinted to Matthew he needs to get some ladies watches before his blue dial overseas is coming 😂😂 I’m glad that we were able to sort the H situation too!! Yesterday my SA called to see if I would be interested in SO next year…not guaranteed but oc I said yes!! 🤭

Matthew should get the ÉGÉRIE for you, it looks so good on your wrist and goes very well with your style. H finally did the right thing, they should offer you the SO after the situation you guys went through. What choice will be your SO?

Your dog must be so cute 😍😍 I’m considering getting another dog and it will either be another shiba or a brown mini poodle 💕 SO I think I may do ostrich mini k!! A mini k touch would also be lovely…I’m a little torn on whether I should choose a singular color or multiple 😅 but I do think that nata or Gris tourterelle in ostrich is stunning!!

Yes, she's super cute, another dog will be great companion to your dog 🐩 Ostrich Nata or Gris Tourterelle mini K will be amazing! If you ask me, I'll choose a full ostrich exterior, a surprising color for interior, maybe a different color handle/sangles. However, H's SO color choice changes every year except for the classic color, hope the color you like will be available when you order your SO.

I’m sooo happy you guys kept pursuing and got a new watch! Thank goodness! Definitely won’t be purchasing a higher end watch for now until they know what they are doing. Aww thank you so much for your sweet comment!! Matthew is constantly telling me not to buy useless things but I always do anyways 😂😂 The plushie is honestly so cute so no regrets haha. If you do check out Hermes perfumes definitely try rose ikebana!! I’m quite picky with perfumes but it was a nice balance of light and floral 😊 Very cool you do wine collecting!! I have a couple friends who also are big collectors; they love to bid online in rare wine auctions 😂 do you visit napa often? We have promontory scheduled for December, I hear their wines are stunning so I will report back if I recommend them later!! 🥰

Thanks for sharing! Glad you had a happy ending! Did you feel concerned with contacting H corporate for fear of damaging your relationship with your boutique mgr? Since the store mgr decides who can receive quota bags? You guys were completely in the right to do so! Either way it seems you have an amazing relationship with your SA who prioritizes you!🥰

I think I wasn’t too concerned about contacting corporate because they are ultimately more senior to the managers at my store!! I think I made it clear that although I’m respectful and polite, I’ll still speak my mind and go through necessary channels if there’s a conflict so I wouldn’t be afraid to do it again if there was any backlash. Though definitely what made me more okay to contact corporate was my SA being 100% on my side;; if that wasn’t the case I would definitely be more concerned and consider shopping at another boutique!
