You dont need to waste a 1000 dollars to REALLY glow up. Its all about the soul, mindset. You need to heal. And there is (almost) no money needed to heal your heart and soul. You just have to want it. Get selfhelp books, read, keep a journal, or a video journal on your phone (sometimes you have to say things outloud, it helped me from stuttering), find out your values and change them into usefull and better ones... It took me 6 months to get through the real dark shit but what is 6 months compare to my entire life that I'm REALLY happy, really feel like I'm alive and matter cus I don't need nobodies approval or compliments cus I know I do. I don't need to rely on other peoples opinions. Or a 1000 dollars to only look good. Here are some books I reeeeally recommend😊📚 -The subtle art of not giving a fuck ~Mark Manson - Everything is Fucked ~Mark Manson - The Four Agreements ~Don Riuz - The one Thing (didn't read yet) - How to stop worrying and start living ~Dale Carnegie (didn't read yet) These books will really make you understand why you feel so shitty. What depression actually is. How to overcome fears What bad values are and good an dhow to change them. Believe me, you'll live in a heaven while everyone else lives a hell. It won't be easy but the result (focus on that, not on where you used to be) will be amazing! 😊❤️
