Yup! Lipton tea origin is Kenya indeed. Good fun fact. My motherland is under estimated sometimes. We have beautiful things. This is nice Czech. You visited the second slum called Mathare? You are it dude. Wow! Nice!! And its Mandazi not Madawi. lolest. But you are trying some swahili. I wish you tasted. Very tasty. They taste like donuts somewhat but different. We have Kenyan donuts too.

There was a scientific study in Haiti about this and determined that is was due to drinking "bad water", that is water that was untreated from human waste... Why? Because there are viruses that attack the bacteria that cause tooth decay and they thrive in these waters. Soviet Union/Russia developed some medicine based of the idea of phage (bacterial virus) therapy. Good teeth, possible other heath risks thoe.

Czech, I love the fact that you do not discriminate. The fact that you interview people from all walks of life because people are people no matter what their circumstances are, is truly admirable. I don't think there are many content creators that would go to the worst slums and interact with the people the way you do. Kudos to the Canadian as well! Keep doing what you do. Very eye opening.

Being in a poor Section, thin, hungry people, it's wrong to go there and treat them Like you are in the zoo, and don't do anything to bring a little happiness to These people You interact with & share what you can, which is a lot More than they have, otherwise, it's pure exploitation.

@Czechineffect Please stick to your path of showcasing Africa to the world like you did marvellously in Ghana, most of your videos in Kenya etc. You showed us many beautiful places which actually educate many people like me that Africa is not a jungle as we see on mainstream TV news channels. I believe your Canadian 'friend' with you in this video just tried and succeeded in using you make this negative video as he always do. Yes, I watched some his videos and they are all about showing to yhe world the negatives of Africa, not a single positive thing. He is on a different mission so please ignore him. Please concentrate on your good work and don't let anyone distract you.

For the non Kenyans here, it’s shocking when Joseph says he makes 400 Ksh (2.4US$) and eats in a hotel. The ordinary Kenyan in a slum calls any eatery a hotel. When you walk through these slums you see all their eateries named “hotel”. They can get meals for as low as 50Ksh (0.3 US$)

1 minute ago I used to live here back in 2008-2010 fresh from upcountry after finishing my secondary school, now searching money to join the college. My apartment was the famous Summer House at karambee stage to many thieves were here especially from evening during rashhours from St Teresa up to Pangani. One day the guy I used to live with was attacked by boys on and stabbed by a knife on his hand trouser was torn apart encountered him on stairs and he was only on underwear and his hands shedding blood. I took him to Radent hospital where he was treated. I Don't want to tell you how many cases of killings I saw done by police on these thieves in this area. It was a chaotic environment and you needed to be smart for you to survive I have been grabbed two phones while walking in this area pointed a gun by a small boy 13 years of age approximately on Ramadan due to larger population of Somali Muslim who lived in the neighborhood Estate Eastleigh adjacent to mathare slum they are the main target on Ramadan Just the rest of us on Christmas eve.

My dude glad the see you doing your thing I’m so happy and glad to know that you do have the balls to go in the most dangerous areas in Kenya or anywhere else in the world and let us people here in the states know what’s going on cause I’m a man of color and I live in one of the dangerous places they call in America but because I live here I love you here and it’s not dangerous as they say is and that’s what I want you find out when they say dangerous. Is it really dangerous or is it just dangerous when you don’t know who or what you doing down there just clarified I know I’m talking crazy.

Czech, I wish you got a chance to school that guy or at least tell Joseph about why they should not address you or anyone else by the N word just casually. That was insane how that guy just freely called you that like he knows you. Geez. I am actually shocked parts of my motherland use that word now. When I was coming up in the 70s, 80s, and 90s that was not a thing. Very disappointing. Shish. I think I heard right, right?

That's the power of programming using black American culture and the influence it has worldwide. Unfortunately, the negative aspects are easier to digest.

I must say I learned a lot from this video that it’s not what you have it’s what you make of it . People can say this is poor living conditions but the people are happier then a lot of people that live in better conditions. You can come to parts of American and the kids can’t even play outside without being shot. It’s people in America that are mad because they want more because America teaches to chase a dream. It is truly a Dream blessing come in different forms . Yes Americans live different and we pay for it different too. The happiness they have here is different these are really strong people.

I watched this video and enjoyed the tour up to the point where the white guy suggested a competition between the rappers. I am glad you saved the day by rewarding them both! I am glad you did that since they are in a group and not individual rappers. In situations like that we try to elevate as a group not to depress individuals. I hope he (white guy) understands the dynamics of that situation.

In looking at some of these places, we don’t realize how good we have it in the United States. The land of opportunity in the U.S. is something these other countries don’t have. It’s a shame that we have people in the U.S. that don’t want to work.
