Because these shoes weren’t originally designed for resoling and you added the glued welt, is there a chance if the welt comes undone that the whole outsole could come off even though you Blake stitched it? I’m really interested in cobbling and why cobblers make the choices they make. Like, why this way and not adding a gimming to the insole and stitch on the welt that way? I’m guessing because this is a fast fashion shoe and the time and price doing it that way wouldn’t be advantageous to you or the buyer. Thanks!
