Craigellachie 13 is really one of my favourites. I come back to it all the time and it's not overpriced. I think the Benromach Organic contrast 2014 is worth a mention, it was way better than I thought.

That's a solid list of opened Speyburn bottles Geoff. Personally, I love Speyburn 15 and I went ahead and got myself a backup for it. The one I have managed to keep on hand has been Craigellachie 13. I totally agree and it is the best bang for a buck Speysider.

Happy you picked up the Roseisle! It was expensive, but it's bloody great. Like a cross between Longmorn and Clynelish for me. Will be picking up the new 2024 release as well when it drops here.

Right one Day after i found a forgotten Bottle of Longmorn 18 (the discontinued one) for around 100€, you recommend it.😅 I always have a Longmorn on my List of good Stuff to buy or to recommend to someone🤓. Aaaand i got myself a Speyburn 15 for 36€ last Week. Can’t go wrong with Glenallachie whisky for Speyside. The 12 is a superb dram and it’s a Billy Walker liquid, it’s a 46% non chill non colour 👍

Relatively new scotch drinker here. So, I bought a Tamdhu 12 after watching several segments and I absolutely hated it. I also tried a Cragganmore 12 and didn’t care for it. Does that mean I don’t like sherried scotch? Speyside in general? I’ve really enjoyed everything I’ve tried from Islay.

Nah not really. Some generalizations can be made, but there are too many exceptions.
