A compilation of SPICA's vocal harmonies.
SPICA don't just consist of singers with powerful vocals, they also can harmonize beautifully. So, I decided to put together some of their best vocal harmonies.
Some of their best performances were on live stages when they covered songs by other artists. It seems that singing live performances gives them the freedom to express their musical talents and sing their hearts out.

do you know what those public say? because they(girl group like spica) are lack of character...F**king idiot....to be honest, I don't mean to against Korean, however, they can produce good singer, but their audience's music taste is just......not all of them but some of them...and they really love to fight with people to prove that they are right.. and also the thing got me really confuse is, they have huge market in China, in Japan..in Asian countries... people are no more have patient for "listening music", but more pay attention to visualized thing, I even remember there was an interview I saw, one youngster said, they couldn't even finish a whole song without watching the video...how sad is that.. I know that somebody is gonna disagree with me, but I want to be honest..

When a group's rapper and visual are so good that they would be main vocals for most other groups, you know you have a perfect group. Juhyun (Sihyun) and Jiwon are great singers who's talent is overshadowed by great singers like Narae and Kim Boa... not to mention the immense talent of Bohyung. Spica is flat out the best "singing" group in Kpop history.

I think Spica is the best of those debutiung in 2012 and the third best vocal group I heard come out of Koea. The first two being Big Mama and B.E.G. On a side note: seeing how well the members of Five Girls (G.na, Uee, Jiwon, Yoobin, Hyoseong) are doing since their fateful breakup before debut, it makes me wander how they would have been if the would have gotten the chance to debut. I am sure they would ave been a top tier girl group.

Sonya Ochoa they were with Good Entertainment, which is not doing business anymore. After the Five Girls disbanded: Gina Choi (G.NA) went home, but later joined JYPE. When JYPE's CEO, Hong Seung Sung, left to start his own entertainment company, several trainees (including Gina Choi) went with him. G.NA is now a solo artist with that company (Cube Entertainment). Kim Yoo Jin (Uee) went into acting and eventually found herself with Pledis Entertainment and After School. Kim Yubin joined JYPE and became a member of Wonder Girls after the departure of Kim Hyuna ( who is now with Cube as a member of 4Minute). Jun Hyoseong after a while was found by TS Entertainment and became the leader of Secret. Yang Jiwon also became an actress and joined Core Content Media and became a member of T-ara, but after recording an OST for Cinderella Man (YoonA's drama) she left T-ara and CCM. She later joined B2M Entertainment and became a member of Spica thus becoming the last member of the Five Girls to debut. Member Debut Year Yubin. 2007 Hyoseong. 2009 G.NA 2010 Jiwon 2012

If you are talking "who has the best harmonies in KPOP - SPICA" ... I'd agree. BUT there are so many ways to measure groups - individual dancing, singing, image, talents, harmony, personality, fan interaction, hard working, and one other that rarely gets mentioned ... ability to get along.

+나나김 One of the things that I think SPICA suffers from is the same thing that bedevils some other awesome girl groups - their management company sucks. 4minute is another one that kind of has the same problem. Sunny Hill can't even keep a management company ... Brown-eyed Girls' member Narsha ran them for a while. They don't market SPICA well, they do very few events with them, they don't make anywhere near enough MV's, and the ones they do are totally NOT good for the songs they are doing. It's not the fault of the band. Its sad - their management sucks. Say what you want about SNSD ... SM has thrown them every kind of event, every type of music and MV from Aegyo-til-we-want-to-puke, urban gangster, biker Girls, Broadway showtunes, 1920-1960's revival, construction workers, and even Beach Girls. 2ne1 has gotten a lot of the same treatment - they even have their own Anime MV. The fans need to 'Net assault the management company to push them to promote more and better.

EVERY time I listen to SPICA sing I get goosebumps. They're just one of those groups that exude so much talent and it's hard to not instantly love them. Their vocals are just so amazing and strong and I can only hope that they become more popular among girls groups so that more people can appreciate their wonderful singing and performances more ^-^ I'm also so glad they finally debuted in the US! Im nearly in tears ..they are crazy talented.. Its weird cause you dont see harmony almost at all in kpop.. well live anyway... and it makes the music cohesive i dont think people understand the technicality of it and how much better it makes the group sound.. Honestly I only listen to one other girl group and thats 2ne1 theyre talented too but I really like their individuality.. I have yet to find another like them until today SPICA FIGHTING!

No doubt SPICA is talented, but, their songs don't have that spark to it. All kpop groups have that one song that started their career, for example, Soshi's "Gee", 2ne1's "Fire", EXO's "Growl", etc. SPICA also just needs that one song to make them explode.

It wasn't Gee for SNSD. their debut song actually did it for them. Gee was just really really popular. But ITNW was a classic and actually started their career.

I'm not saying that their before songs weren't popular or anything. SNSD did have fans before Gee, I'm just saying that it was Gee that made them explode and enter their "golden era". Most groups will have that one song that makes them, them. For ex, 2ne1 is best known for their song "I am the Best", SNSD is best known for "Gee", Super Junior "Sorry Sorry" and etc. SPICA just needs that one song and their careers will skyrocket.

Jenny Cho no they're not i'm sorry. like i said Gee was just a very popular authentic K-pop song. Like i said it was their debut song that pretty much let everyone know that they are snsd and they were here to stay. They're not best know for Gee. it was just a really popular song. because way before gee they were really popular and did very very very well before gee. same with super junior Sorry Sorry wasn't their break out song either. it just sold really well in 2009 same with hearbreaker for GD it sold really well in 2009. but Gee wasn't SNSD's break out song. it was just a really popular authentic K-pop song. but ITNW although a debut song was also SNSD's breakout song. They all sang live and sounded amazing at that. they'd rather have snsd perform ITNW over Gee.

I agree with you. SPICA just needs that one distinct song that will make their name shine. And I agree that it was Gee that made SNSD reach their golden era. I mean, yep they're popular with ITNW, but they're just popular. But with Gee, they became the biggest girl group of South Korea and even them knows that Gee was their break out and representative song. Even other idols know that.
