She mentions vaguely her behavior. The other girls knew her too well .. they knew something was up but weren't able to communicate what exactly it was. She said that her behavior at times would become more and more outrageous almost as if she was possessed and would be hyper active and imagining being able throw throw her body across the room.. something to that effect.. which can clearly be gauged by her behavior on this video.. out of all of her lower points this one might Just be the most accurate example to depict the kind of issues Mel C was dealing with,.even the host says at one point " I'm trying to be cheesy but you are putting me off" . Victoria, wow. What display of patience. And she was so mindful of the cameras she kept such a poker face hardly looking at Emma .. they didn't want anyone to notice or make it more awkward . I think Mel c is one of those people who just CANNOT handle alcohol... And mix that with her medication, which she herself writes in the book about. That it takes a lot of trial and error to get the medication right... And here she probably was trying to be energetic and the reaction triggered her to be even more crazed and uninhibited... 12:07 😅

Poor Mel C. It's so obvious that something isn't right. If she was on medication for depression or anxiety, it can cause erratic behaviour. I'm on medication and some days I'm on a crazy high where I'm really over excited and can't stop talking. Other days, I'm really low. I hope she was supported during that time ❤

I remember thinking Mel C was being such a div when I was little in this era, but after finding out her eating disorder, how fame affected her and her depression and also going through the latter myself, began to understand and feel for her. Glad she's good these days xxx

Mel just had two number 1 solo singles this year and Northern Star was selling well. She felt so comfortable on stage as a solo artist with a live band, which gave her a adrenaline rush that she never experienced whilst being in The Spice girls. She admitted years later that during the Forever era, she took it as abit of a joke, hated Sporty Spice tag and found it hard having to reform with the girls, her vocals had to be recorded separately in L.A during recording sessions, as she was to involved in working on her solo album.

And Emma and Vitoria were very supportive but it's uncomfortable situation not for them I see like they were supporting her 1 of all they come, second they were sorry for her not embarrassed it's on TV. Better that she stayed at home and let them two promote the Album. It was inappropriate for Mel to come on Television when she was not god it's obvious. I would be uncomfortable but still they managed be there. She was terrible when your on such high medications stay at home. I wonder who allowed her to be there.

Gotta hand it to Victoria. She didn't laugh or smile out of embarrassment and saving face. She kept a very revealing yet poker face.. true professional.. Mel C clearly can't handle alcohol or drugs and that's why she was warned very strictly much earlier on before they became famous when she misbehaved one night getting drunk and insulting to Victoria and overall badly behaved most likely like this. Some people have so much energy and they need to channel it .. alcohol is a very negative means for some . Mel c still avoids drinking because she starts behaving very over the top and annoying and has almost no self awareness as opposed to the lovely girl we all know
