What better way to celebrate the changing of the seasons then with a Spiced Pumpkin Coffee Cake. Moist, buttery rich, dense, and oh so pumpkin packed. This coffee cake will have your friends and family begging for more as they savor the taste of fall in that first bite of spiced heaven. Why just serve it for breakfast or as a coffee treat. Try a thick slice of Spice Pumpkin Coffee Cake with a scoop of Butter Pecan Ice Cream and a drizzle of warm Homemade Caramel Rum Sauce. Any way you slice it. Fall never tasted so good!

I love that you whisked the batter by hand. Not only does it let people know that they don't need to take out their electric mixer (esp. if they don't have one), but it gives you a little bit of a workout. I like for my exercise to be integrated into my regular life activities, so small tasks like this add up and contribute to keeping us functionally fit (like in the olden days). I know batter isn't challenging to mix, but it's one of those things that aren't too tedious to do by hand, so why not? You present your recipes so simply and clearly, and everything always turns out so beautiful and perfect. :)

Hello Mo Poppins, I appreciate you for taking time to share your thoughts with us. Me gustó esta rosca de calabaza, hay que esperar hasta octubre y noviembre. En noviembre pasado, hice pay de calabaza y también las galletas, me encantaron. Mañana hago pan blanco de caja, de tu receta y te contaré qué tal me sale. Saludos.

Hola Claudia, lo siento mucho, acabo de ver tu mensaje en el video de Cake Cake de Spiced Pumpkin. Voy a informar al personal de KZbin que no se enviaron notificaciones de respuestas a comentarios anteriores. Aprecio tu esfuerzo por contactarme. Aquí están mis pensamientos y respuestas a las preguntas y la experiencia de horneado que describió. El estilo, el tamaño, el peso y el material del que está hecha la bandeja tienen un profundo impacto en el dorado y la cocción del pan. Más masa en una sartén tomará más tiempo para la prueba y más tiempo para hornear en comparación con menos masa en una sartén pequeña. La descripción de la masa que se abre en el horno y sopla a través del orificio es un signo de una masa impermeabilizada. Esto sucede cuando la masa no ha crecido hasta su capacidad total antes de ser horneada y el crecimiento adicional ocurre después de que la costra se establece por el calor del horno y la masa sigue creciendo causando este desgarro de la corteza y el exceso de masa encuentra su salida de este punto débil. Recomiendo dejar la masa a prueba hasta que se duplique en tamaño. Espero que esto te ayude en tu búsqueda para cocinar una mejor barra de pan. Olá Marlene, é um prazer conhecê-la. Eu uso abóboras enlatadas que estão disponíveis aqui nos Estados Unidos. Você pode usar abóbora assada ou batata doce. Recomendo pesar os ingredientes para manter as proporções consistentes com a receita. Eu adoraria ouvir sobre sua experiência de cozimento ao fazer a receita. بالمناسبة .... لا يتوفر عندي السكر البني ماهو البديل ؟

استبدال السكر البني مع نفس قياس السكر الحبيبية ثم إزالة 4 ملاعق كبيرة من السكر الحبيبية. استبدال 4 ملاعق كبيرة من السكر المحبب مع 4 ملاعق كبيرة من دبس السكر (الأسود الأسود). هذا سوف تقارب قياس ل موسكوفادو (السكر البني) في وصفة.
