I just put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix it up and it comes out the same. These people do the same thing when no one is around to film a cool video. I watched for the rolling technique. Homemade pasta is easy and wonderful to taste. Thanks for video.

Hello @JBC100 It is nice to meet you. The recipe can be made with water in place of the egg. Use 58 grams of water for every 100 grams of 00 Flour (All-Purpose). Hi, love your video!;-) I’ve never made pasta from scratch before and know nothing about it, but if I wanted to make carbonara with this pasta, how long should I boil before adding in to the sauce? I usually take out the dried pasta when it’s al dente, but I think it’s difficult to tell when the pasta is fresh like this one. I’m sorry if my English isn’t perfect. Hello @MayMay-hh9ez It is nice to meet you. Fresh pasta only needs a couple of minutes to boil and cook. I would start checking after the first minute if you are planning on finishing the pasta in a sauce that is cooked. Cooking it a little longer for a sauce like Carbonara. I have a question. Why do you grind up the whole cardamom pods, leaving the outer shell intact? I would have removed the seeds from the shell. Just wondering.
