Hi bakers, these Pumpkin Spice Snickerdoodles known for there soft chewy inside, are levelled up with mashed pumpkin and warm spices are defiantly in my top 5 cookies now.
In Australia snickerdoodles aren’t a thing here. I always here Americans talk about how good they are so I thought I would give them ago and they are everything good I like in a cookie.
What is a Snickerdoodle?

I know your wondering can I put them in the fridge before baking. The dough is soft but don’t put it in the fridge before. This is what happens when you place in the fridge for 20 minutes before the oven. They burn underneath and don’t spread.
