I love how you've turned this nostalgic cake into a beautiful fall treat! Depression cake is such a great recipe to know if you have vegan or dairy intolerant friends! To be honest, depression cake is more moist and tastes better than most non-vegan cakes I've eaten! I've seen Karen's video - and I posted a depression cake recipe with vegan icing recently!
