Although my mom would make a 7-minute frosting to cover it, I think I would probably enjoy your icing more instead (7-minute isn't the same the next day or thereafter.) . Yummy! I can’t believe it’s sugar-free! That’s awesome Tammy! BTW, it’s gorgeous! I don’t have any self-rising flour, but it looks like I’m going to have to find me some! I’m diabetic and will be going on almost a year from my diagnosis. I dropped 50 pounds from most likely cokes, and I dearly love me some sweet tea. I’m just eating more veggies and staying away from processed foods, but I do have a sweet tooth, and I’m glad those grocers are now stocking up on zero sugar options. Take care and be safe.
