Those look delicious 😋 I didn’t know you can fry them. I usually roast them on open fire or boil and make abacha with them. Thanks for sharing.

You should try it and try to cut them thinner. You can bake them shorter, crispyer without burning. Delia opus with salted fish in a light tomato/onion garlic and ginger sauce and a little sugar.
