Kalounji is basically onion seeds. Red wine can be skipped. Honestly we don't use a lot of wine in cooking. To improve flavour you could use fresh tomatoes along with the tomato paste. Finish the curry with garam masala instead of cumin. The chapatti can be thinner, maybe between .5 and .75 mm. Otherwise pretty close to how we do it.
