That bun with eggs and ham is basically the same as a Scottish morning rolls with ham and egg. Come try Cullen Skink, it’s as good if not better than chowder!. Hi Mike, when you go to "丽都”next time, ask them to put the butter slice on the side. Let the fresh hot bum cool down a bit, then put the butter in. So that the butter would still be cold and firm inside a warm and soft bum, try that and let me know if you like it better.

There was this awesome dim sum place on E. Hastings Street that I used to go to in the late 70s into late 80s. All I remember is that you have to climb a flight of stairs to get to the restaurant. There was a big fish tank in front. They came around with carts of steamed goodness. At the end, they added your bill up with an abacus. If it is still there, go to it! You won't be disappointed!
