Thank you. This is so tasty. I did have an issue getting the butter and the brown sugar to mix good so I had to call my hubby downstairs (he’s a good cook) to help. He ended up adding some mambo sauce and a little bit of water in replace of the hot sauce and it really really was tasty 😋

I've had a convection oven and it doesn't work nearly as well as a good air fryer. The smaller size makes a big difference in my opinion.

Nice recipe. I like my sauce baked into my meat a bit more than just slappin’ it all on at the end ... but I’ll probably put on a layer the last 5 min of cooking and then another small layer at the end.
