9:20 i think that 비지 is like an unwanted byproduct - but i like it very much in some of the 초당동 restaurants, they have 비지 (free) near the door that the diners can take home... i also heard that the distinguishing characteristic of 초당동 두부 is that it is made using sea salt water instead of fresh water...
