Ingredients:
For the Chicken Wings:
2 pounds chicken wings
1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Honey Sriracha Glaze:
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated ginger
Juice of 1 lime
1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (for thickening)
Instructions:
Prep the Wings: Toss chicken wings with olive oil and spices (garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper) until evenly coated. Spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Mango Magic: Blend a ripe mango until smooth and brush over the wings.
Bake to Perfection: Bake wings at 400°F (200°C) for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Make the Honey Sriracha Glaze: Combine honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and lime juice in a saucepan. Simmer for 5-7 minutes. Add cornstarch slurry to thicken.
Toss and Serve: Coat baked wings in the glaze. Garnish with sesame seeds, green onions, and extra mango slices.
