So sweet! Yes some birds can be paired, others can not. I have a sun conure and a lutino Cockatiel who are bonded. They live together. But I also have two quakers, an Alexandrine, and an African grey. Gotta keep all of them separate all the time, or someone would be hurt. Birds are very intelligent. It’s like if your parents adopted a new kid to live in your space, you might not necessarily hit it off. And they have sharp beaks lol. I’m glad it worked out with these ringnecks though 💙

I had my green Ringneck 10 years from when he was too young to even perch-he was afraid of the front door but finally after a long time he would sit on my shoulder and look up and down our street. one day i ran downstairs late for work and when i opened the door he flew high and far away! he never even looked back!

Anyone cleaning with a pet bird on your shoulder, please don’t if you’re using a strong cleaner. I can’t imagine what the fumes would do to their little respiratory system, their brain, plus make them feel sick or whatever. I’m glad these birds have such a wonderful home, they’re seen as the little individuals that they are.❤
