I recently came across your "Sue and Gambo" videos , they are great ! one of the best things is the simple and few ingredients , please stick to that - other cooking videos for Chinese/ Asian food (as well as other cuisines) use so many . I know i can make the food in your videos with 4 or 5 ingredients and its great and authentic.
