Looks great. The Vodka does change the taste of the tomatoes because there are alcohol soluble flavors in them. So this is definitely not vodka sauce (Jersey boy opinion)…but I will 100% be trying this once the 3ft of snow is gone in my backyard and I can get my rocbox out.

Better you cook 4-5 minutes the dough and then put toppings and cook again. So that toppings will not burn

Probably a Lloyds pan. They are the definitive pans for Detroit style. Available on Amazon.
