SPICY ROAST CHOPS
Ingredients
Mutton chops 750 gm
Salt 1 ½ tsp
Garlic powder 1 ½ tsp
Ground black pepper 1 ½ tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Oil ¼ cup
Roasted & crushed cumin 1 ½ tsp
Crushed garlic 2 tbsp
Crushed ginger 1 tbsp
Green chilies grounded 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Vinegar ¼ cup
Yogurt 1 cup
Roasted & crushed coriander seeds 1 tbsp
METHOD
Marinate chops with all the given ingredients, cook covered in the same marinade till tender, grease a baking tray with oil, spread cooked chops on the baking tray with oil and marinade, grill in pre-heated oven on 180 D for 15 mins till chops get roasted, keep turning the chops in between, serve with buns.

ITALIAN CHICKEN BAKED
Ingredients for Pasta
Butter 3 ounce
Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
Milk 3 cups
Cream 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Chicken powder 1 tsp
Green chilies chopped 3
Boiled pasta 2 cups
Chili garlic sauce 3 tbsp
Boiled and shredded chicken 2 cups
Water 2 cups
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Soy sauce 3 tbsp
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Cumin roasted and crushed ½ tsp
Remaining Ingredients
Cheddar cheese grated 1 cup
Jalapeno peppers sliced as required
Oregano 1 tsp
Olives 2 tbsp
Fresh bread crumbs ½ cup
Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp
Melted butter ¼ cup
METHOD
Heat butter in a pan, fry garlic, add shredded chicken with milk, cream, all the other remaining ingredients. Finally add in boiled pasta, mix well, spread the cooked mixture in a greased ovenproof dish, sprinkle cheddar cheese, sliced jalapeno, olives, bread crumbs, parmesan, and oregano, finally drizzle with melted butter, bake on 180 D for 15 mins. Serve with garlic bread.
