Hello Veena Chechi. I am an Indonesian married to a Malayali. Cooking dishes from Kerala was a struggle in the beginning, obviously because I was not familiar with the dishes, and I don't visit Kerala that often to get enough in-person lessons from my in laws or anybody else. So I decided to go online and tried recipes from several websites until I got to know your KZbin channel. At first I tried making your Pumpkin and Tamarind curry, to which my husband said it was really really good. Then I tried making other dishes like Erisseri, Fish Curry and Thorans. Your cooking technique is rather unique in comparison to other recipe developers that I have been following, and for that, the food you created taste really really good as well. എറണാകുളം ഷേണായ്‌സ് തീയേറ്ററിന്റെ അടുത്ത് ഒരു ഹോട്ടലിൽ നിന്ന് ഞാൻ ആദ്യമായി ചിക്കൻ കൊണ്ടാട്ടം കഴിക്കുന്നത് .പിനീട് ഒരുപാടു തവണ അവിടെനിന്നു കഴിച്ചു. എന്നാൽ കല്യാണം കഴിഞ്ഞു ഖത്തറിൽ എത്തിയതിൽ പിന്നെ ഇ രുചി തേടി കുറെ അലഞ്ഞു . എല്ലാം വേസ്റ്റ് . കഴിഞ്ഞ തവണ നാട്ടിൽ പോയപ്പോ ഇതേ ഹോട്ടലിൽ പോയി കഴിച്ചു പക്ഷെ അപ്പോഴൊന്നും ആ പഴയ രുചി എനിക്ക് കിട്ടിയില്ല . എന്നാൽ ഇത് ഉണ്ടാക്കി കഴിച്ചപ്പോൾ ആണ് മനസിലായത് നമ്മൾ എന്ത് ആത്മാർത്ഥമായി ആഗ്രഹിച്ചാലും ഒരിക്കൽ അത് നമ്മളെ തേടി വരുമെന്ന് .ആ ദിവസമായിരുന്നു എനിക്ക് ഇന്ന്. ചിക്കന്റെ ഓരോ റെസിപിയും ഉണ്ടാക്കി രുചിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഇതാണ് ചേച്ചിയുടെ റെസിപിയിലെ ഏറ്റവും best എന്ന് കരുതും എന്നാൽ എല്ലാത്തിനെയും മറികടക്കുന്ന രുചി പുറകെ വരുന്നതേയുള്ളുവെന്നു ചേച്ചി തെളിയിച്ചു കൊണ്ടേയിരിക്കുന്നു. 😊😊
