Get a bowl. Put 1egg,1/8 tsp of salt,1/3cup of suger mix until suger dissolves,then add 1/3cup of oil,ahalf cup of yoghurt, semolina 1cup,1/3 cup desiccated coconut ,1tsp of baking powder, 1tsp of vanilla mix well.put the mixture in the baking pan.Bake in the oven 170 °c for 30-35mins.Then pour the suger syrup while the cake is hot ant decorate the top with desiccated coconut. Refrigerate it to 2-3 hours.cake is re.

Get a baking pan smear with ghee or oil set it a side.Get another pan put 1cup of water 3/4 cup of sugar mix as you boil for 5-7minutes at medium flame 1 tsp of lemon.suger syrup is ready now.set it cool completely.
