Always amazed that EVERYONE cuts down the inside of the fillet front to back, cuts it completely from the fish then tries to hold it by the tail end to take the skin off. MUCH EASIER if you leave the end connected at the tail because you don't struggle to keep a grip on it. Give it a try - you'll never go back :)

Best way to do flathead. Cut through to a cm from the tail, get your thumb under it and just peel the fillet off! ✌️

I love the idea of you guys staying on the west coast for a bit since Strick and Fran are out east. Gives us viewers double the nature in two different environments. It would be great IMHO if you guys did a trek each coast then switched for the next series.

Pretty sure sawfish are protected everywhere i caught one down in Southwest Florida and when you spot one you are supposed to contact Florida fish a wildlife to report where it was seen and how big was it. It was super awesome to have caught it they are really rare, it was a very special day.

Beautiful threadfin, my home town Armstrong beach was full of them but slowly they got wiped out due to very long sexual maturity times and the fact that they lay their eggs where they were born. Pretty awesome fish indeed! ❤
