Incredible, you are totally badass! This game is insanely hard, I thought impossible to beat and you even never lost a life. As a child I could never finish level 2-2, now I already gave up at 1-3. For the first time I see how the game ends, thank you for sharing your video!! This game is horrific, especially the plattforming part at 10:35. I enjoyed the first Spidey game on Game Boy, but third part is sick as Battletoads.

Thanks Simon! The controls are what make this game so hard. At first I couldn't get past stage 1-3 either. After some practice I get used to them and I could beat the game. If it had responsive controls it would be just an average difficulty game. The first game was made by Rare and it's the best one for the GB. The sequels are just horrible.

That was the silliest and hardest gameboy game I've played. You passed all these hard episodes and bosses, then nothing happens at The End. Even worse, there is no "The End"

I remember my father buyed this, with 100000 lire in italy in 90' ( equals to 50/60euro actually) and i play until the second stage (5min gameplay) without going on that bulding... Its so difficult to get with spiderweb as child... What a bad game, extreme difficult to compensate poor duration (20minutes of gameplay=whole game) .

The 3-1 black orb heals you fully. All orbs before that one did nothing. Err... Ok...

TheSebto360 Not exactly. There are four kinds of orbs with different effects. They can refill your health, grant you invulnerability, give you an extra life or increase your attack power. The problem is that you can't see the effects of the last two unless you pause the game. When you do so, it appears some kind of menu which tells you how many lives you have and your attack power.

Another atrocious title from the infamous LJN. I played my hard-earned copy all of twice before I discarded it never to play again... and that ‘music’ is criminal. Us adults who were traumatised by LJN games as kids should claim compensation from those ex-LJN game developers still around today.
