Why Collider, whyyyyyy?!? These format changes are incredibly disappointing. We already had to deal with the cut in episodes a week down to 1. The 1 episode a week was already not nearly enough so this really sucks. Heroes, Collider Live, Jedi Council and now Rule of Two are honestly the only 2 shows I can even get myself to watch anymore. I totally understand and agree that changes need to be made in order to grow the channel & brand however ridiculous changes like this are only going to alienate the fans. The fans, myself included, are the ones sharing your content with others in order to bring them in. We are the ones supporting Collider and helping to increase your audience and your impact. Yes we the fans, without whom you cannot grow.

I will never understand the logic of telling your KZbin audience to leave KZbin and go listen to podcasts instead. It's like me walking into a pizza place and the staff telling me I should go get sushi somewhere else instead. We want MORE HEROES on KZbin and we don't want podcasts. @NOLA NERD I'm no more happy about these changes than anyone else posting, but you are a bit mistaken on something. I do not have a podcast app on my cheap assed phone, yet I listen to a number of podcasts nonetheless. All you have to do is (on your phone or other device) Google the name of the podcast you are looking for and scroll down until you find the Google Podcasts listing for the podcast, and click on that (this really isn't much more work than going to your KZbin app and then to Collider and scrolling to the Heroes video). I am subscribed to a couple of podcasts already, about as many as I have time for (I only listen to podcasts at certain times, times when I am doing hands on activities like laundry, housework, mowing the lawn walking places and otherwise not in front of my laptop or on my tablet). I'm not happy they are now making me have to choose between Heroes and the other stuff I already listen to. But yeah, you do NOT need an app to listen to podcasts on a smartphone or an android tablet. Pretty sure the same goes for an iOS device too. Edit: I just checked, and if you Google "Collided Heroes Podcast" on a smartphone the first e results are like to Podcast One, Player FM and Apple. The next result is a listing of the most recent episodes of the podcast itself, with play buttons next to them. (And after that you get the "people also searched for" thing). This works on Android. Not sure how iPhones handle it, but I imagine they have an inbuilt podcast player the way Google Podcasts is essentially built into Google on Android (Google) devices. Sure I could download and install Google Podcasts app, but why would i?

The show that needs to be cut is Collider Live because that is the show that wonders the most where as Collider Heroes and Movie Talk are the shows that are the most cohesive and spread the most awareness no matter the length of the show but doing 20 minutes means only a fewer stories get covered and the news gets rushed and condensed rather than being more natural.

I hope they revert back to long form video. Been watching since 2014 and would like for them to continue the at least 40 minute style shows. I suggested "Rule of 2" style shows where it's a fixed camera set-up for 40 mins-1 hour, or modify Collider Live to have the hosts of Movie Talk, Heroes, Jedi Council, and TV Talk host the show for one day each a week which would be 2 hours a day.

I can see Amy and Coy really trying to bring us quality content. But having a producer more worried about the length of the show than its goodness is so annoying. I've said three times so far that Heroes is rushed and too short. The solution? Make it shorter and even more rushed. People are mentioning Collider Live a lot but they're failing to notice that they probably are getting better results over there, that's business. I get it. Also, the comparison with Movie Talk makes little sense to me, they're on YT multiple days. I'm not against change and I don't have a problem with the podcast format. I just hope that our hosts can have a proper deep discussion on a world that is now filled with comic book references in the ONE SHOW on Collider that is about that. I hope for a great amazing wonderful show on Thursday. Stay sweaty!

I honestly don't understand why we're taking the line " the next Iron Man" literally. Iron Man is being used as a heroic symbol in this post-Endgame world, it's just a much more personal comparison with Peter because they had a relationship. This is the natural progression of the character's story because Peter was tied to Stark and the bigger MCU. If we didn't want these connections, then we should've all just been happy with the character separated over at Sony.

I mean, I understand companies need to evolve and to redefine their products. And that podcasts give provide more revenue than YT. However, IN MY OPINION shows like Heroes and Movie talk were created to make good use of 40+ minutes so the panel can have more time to elaborate on the topics, long format content is one of the main reasons Collider is my favorite channel. I wouldn’t have any problem if the podcast were video recorded and thrown into the Collider Podcast Channel si we can at least have the best of both worlds.

Since it seems most of the time for video is being given to Collider Live, and if the Rule Of 2 style shows suggestion is not possible, another idea would be to have Collider Live be head up by different hosts each day. Have a "Heroes" Collider Live hosted by Coy/Amy one day, a "Jedi Council" Collider Live hosted by Harloff and Napzok another day, a "Movie Talk/Witching Hour" Collider Live hosted by Perri/Haleigh?Reilly?, and maybe a "TV Talk" Collider Live hosted by Macuga/Thadd another day, then a usual Collider Live with Harloff/Dorina/Roxy/Macuga/Reilly/Brett. We get 2 hours of video a day, and you can have fun off topic banter for a bit while we get to know the hosts better, then plenty of time to talk about the main topics, then show specific guests interviews and what ever else the hosts decide to put in the show. The more about this I think this is the best idea for you guys if your resources are low. The staple shows can still have podcasts to accompany the Collider Live weekly episode too by the way. Please consider it. If not try to just do the fixed camera Rule Of 2 style show. You are alienating the fans that became fans through video. Most of the regular fans since the beginning are not podcast people and the ones listening to the podcasts are newer listeners.

I love you guys, I'm going to miss the longer heroes episodes. I'll check out the podcast, but generally I don't like the collider podcasts, I don't like how the audio sounds. To me they feel low energy and are claustrophobic to listen to; like people in a closet trying not to be loud. I hope you bring the same high energy excitement to them that you have brought to every episode of heroes so far. If so, Heroes may be the only podcast I regularly listen to on purpose. I have watched Colider Movies and all the other shows they made each and every day for years and enjoyed it but once they introduced Colider Live I think I watched maybe 3-4 episodes and gave up on it. Well that was a curve-ball, basically changing the paradigm of Collider Heroes with no notice or larger explanation... Heroes has been my favorite show on Collider so I hope you understand when I say, I'm not sure that I'll be following the format shift to Podcast for the Giant Size Show. If it's done in a similar format to Colilder Live with Cameras and available on KZbin, I might (probably) check it out, but I just don't imagine myself listening to an Audio Only Podcast. Nothing against Podcasts, I just prefer watching the vids on KZbin. To be Fair, maybe I'm the only one who feels this way, and if It's a Money issue or a Resources Issue, then that's just the facts of the situation going forward... But I really do feel that you guys have dropped the ball in effectively communicating the situation/circumstances to your audience.

That trailer looked totally frigin' amazing! You guys need to relax your attachment to Spider-man comics. Spider-man has been in the Avengers in the comics as well. The first clip they released online for Spider-Man: Far From Home with Quentin Beck genuinely saying that he is from Earth 833 and telling that Spidey's earth is 616 was good. Definitely Peter Parker like Tony Stark is a scientist and Nick Fury is definitely going to push him to become the leader. Earth 833 for sure has it's own UK Spidey. Still Fury will investigate Beck with Peter Parker's help.

Thanos cut your hours in half? Yall killing me with this 20 minutes 🐃💩. You can talk as fast as you want but telling clear information is going to slow things down. Collider Live gets 2 and a half hours of farts, giggles, squirrels and Roxy getting lost, I like Live interviews but 2 hours? and good shows get 20 minutes? However if not getting 45 minutes for 20 minutes and a hour on Thursdays for more information I'll get over it [ hopefully like Live but better with comics] but what happens to Wednesdays or will we get more Comic Book Shopping? Change sucks but I'll watch it anyway. Good luck on your show but hope they all go back to 45 minutes.

I've been a fan of Heroes since the AMC days - this new 20 min format is a terrible idea. Horrible. I still love the hosts though.

I think the whole the next iron man thing, is aimed at Mysterio. With the cop saying it to Spider-man is just to establish that people are looking for a new hope, a new iron man, and then Mysterio comes in and tries to fill that void.

I get that NY and Spider-Man go hand and hand but We’ve had our “friendly neighborhood” Spider-Man,in fact we’ve had 6 films of “friendly neighborhood Spider-Man” let the character grow .I’m ready for something new, I want to see Spider-Man rubbing elbows with captain Marvel, hulk, or rocket. Also, if you think Sony isn’t going to continue their deal with marvel you’re out of your mind. Sony still gets 100% of the profits from Spider-Man films and they get to have him mix with the MCU.... yeah Venom did well.. but they know the reason they’re having success is because of their tie to the MCU. Finally, they’re introducing “multiverse” so now a spider-man/ venom crossover can happen while still keeping continuity intact.

Mysterio doesn't say there is a multi-verse, he says I could have used someone like you on my Earth. I think S.H.I.E.L.D. already had instruments that could detect a tear in the time line because they detected the Bi-Frost in Thor, & even a lot more events i.e. Space Travel, & Time Travel(Yes, the last 2 seasons they did time travel on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.-Ya'll need to watch what is secretly going on under everyone's noses in the MCU on television.) A lot of the info, tech, & rescue plot(The Helicarrier for Age of Ultron) for the Avengers movies are set up by S.H.I.E.L.D. on the TV side that they use in the movies. Also, we know there are new time lines because Thanos' snap caused the chaos because of what the Ancient One said to Bruce Banner. Thanos destroyed the stones, & he didn't return the stones to the time lines from when he got them. Now we have chaotic time lines from that not Tony's snapping because Cap put those back when they took they. I don't know why everybody think it was from Tony's snap. The time line was already messed up before the team goes back in time. Re-watch the movie, & pay close attention to what is happening guys & girls.

Been watching these shows since 2013 when it was still AMC and I am not a fan of this 20 minute show concept. I can understand 30 minutes on Movie Talk if it's five days a week but a once a week show like Heroes, no.

I understand going to 20 minutes saves on production time And you want to push the Podcast When you're taking away from the Faithful KZbinrs that got you here this is a badd move. Especially if you're going to go to 20 minutes why still at a clip of the Interview Why still do a pull list that's stuff you can say for the Podcast schnepp would not have done this.

I’m fine with MovieTalk being 20 minutes since it’s every day and there’s not always 1 hour worth of info to dive into every day. Heroes and Jedi Council need to be 1 hour thought since they’re only once a week

I can’t get on board with the 20 minute shows and feeling forced to use the pod cast. I like to sit chill and put hero’s, movie talk and all other KZbin content from different channels on my tv. if they mention a character or actor/actress I’m not aware of I can’t imagine what they look like. on KZbin you show a picture of the character/behind scenes photos/actor/actresses/fan art everything which makes the show so much better. Bring back the hour slots 20 minutes is genuinely a terrible idea!

Hey guys please bring back the hour long format. I'm not into podcasts. There is enough comic book and comic book movie news dropping for Heroes to be on 2 or 3 days a week. Collider live gets its own channel and Heroes gets reduced to 20 minutes?

1. I’m saddened that from the looks of the trailer it seems that the theory of Far from home taking place between Homecoming and Infinity War are dashed. 2. I’m curious based on the trailer if Shield/Fury bothered to reach out to Dr. Strange since Thor is off world and Captain Marvel is tied up somewhere possibly laying the foundation for Alpha Flight 🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️

I want more Heroes, not less. I want an hour two hours a day. I’ve been watching since 2015 and I’ve watched other Collider content because of Heroes. Not enough hero content. So sad that what I love is not making enough money. I’m glad for the hour podcast, but I wish Collider Heroes would have it’s own channel. I want Collider to have a dedicated MCU show, like Collider has Star Wars content. I’m not worried about change. I feel like I’m being ripped off.

I hope Jake Gyllenhaal gets a chance to impersonate Spider-Man since at one point he was the runner up for the role during Toby Maguire's Spider-Man. This will kind of give a second chance where he gets to play Spider-Man but by framing him just like the Animated Series and in the comics.
