Also superman has zero martial arts skills, where as spiderman has a style that only he can do, because it relies on his spidey sense, agility, and strength. If we leave out PIS (plot induced stupidity), which is what some of the bigger Batman feats are, then Spider-Man's spider-sense, agility, strength, and webs trumps every conceivable plan Batman would use in regards to Batman's skill set. Batman is a master strategist, but primarily he's still a ninja with gadgets. People just think Batman could design a device to negate Spidey's powers or something, sorry there's no kryptonite for Spidey nor should Batman be in the Hellbat armor... It should be them in their iconic gear going at it.

guys please calm down. both Batman and Spiderman are EPIC characters. They both have accomplished many things and feats in comics. we cant say for 💯 per cent who would win. it would be interesting to say the least. Batman a master of stealth combat gadgets and will power and the world's greatest detective( in DC) would stand a chance against Spider-Man who I love so much as a fan of Marvel too. As Batman has proven time and time again in the comics that he's the smartest man in the room. Meaning he'd be able to taken down Spiderman easily. Shit lesser Marvel characters have so Spidey going up against one of if not the top dog at DC. He's has beat people of Spidermans level before....barley sometimes, but none the less still wins. Batman arguably has greater will power than Spidey. He also is a master of stealth, master of damn near every form of hand to hand combat, has almost unlimited resources. A straight up fist fight is even questionable.
