Death Streak8908 i think it's a console thing. I played it on WII and I only ever experience one bug that happened only at the beginning of the story that made Spiderman walk wherever he wanted rather than me controlling it. Easily fixed by just reseting. After that, no bugs at all. Oh, well, I just remembered it crashed every now and then

But I consider the introduction of the more acrobatic elements (the web strike, real wall combat) to be truer to the character, particularly suited for the zombie-swarmed setting, and a significant advancement for the genre. Frankly it's just more fun than the (perhaps better executed) generic ground-locked brawler combat of other entries.

I absolutely loved this game, but I never beat it, because the entire engine froze while I was on the way to the final boss. The entire world was frozen, but I could move the camera! And it autosaved while I was trying to figure out what had happened, dooming my save file for all eternity.
