KnellosaurLP honestly I'm not sure if he does or not, I can't figure it out yet but I believe he just simply is got good charisma and can pick out details for a good comedic effect, too a point where if a game's got good dialogue, he'll relate to what comes next. Though even I thought of a couple phrases while playing that the game spoke after, it's got really good human timing. (Though you could be right lol)

The over abundance of backpacks is weirdly explained in-game. Peter won a science fair hosted by Fisk, but turned down the money because he knew it was wrong. But, they did offer him a lifetime supply of backpacks for some reason. So having fifty backpacks scattered across the city makes SOME sense.
