I am shocked to learn that Singapore airlines has such substandard service and planes to and from India. When it comes to India I always wonder why all these airlines drop the standards. Why is there a difference??? Hope the TATA’s Air India will uphold the standards and treat the people nice and fair.

Happy New year, Tonychans family. First time I have noticed very bad service by Singapore Airlines. During 2000 I used to fly frequently in Singapore Airline from Kochi and their service was extremely good. I do not know why it is nowadays, may be because of flying in Indian sector.
