I prefer smoothies over juicing. Smoothies are zero waste and you don't miss out on the fiber and other nutrients left in the pulp.

I do both cause juicing gives me an immediate energy boost and kick, smoothies are a bit slow releasing but I do both cause if you have my rubbish digestive system girl needs all the nutrition I can get in cause it's only a small percentage that will make it to the hair.

This might sound silly but I smiled when you said you like Mojitos since they originate from my country [Cuba]😁.Your advice has helped me tremendously in my natural hair journey🥰 and I'm glad I stumbled upon your channel during quarantine. The weirdest question I've heard was when I lived in India with my parents in 2014 and other kids would ask If my hair is a sponge because its fluffy and absorbs water😂.

I knew you were a Christian!!!! PTL!!!!!! It shows!!! #yayyyy! Soo, first, thank you for this video and your ministry in general. May the Lord continue to bless you and your beautiful family and enlarge your territory to as big as your are able to manage with His grace. I think I would like to see videos of how you manage your hair daily, from this point on, as I often watch videos by their time and date stamp. That way I know I am up to date with your routine, products and strategies you use to grow your hair. For instance, when you start the next challenge ( I forgot the date), do a video of you doing your challenge almost in a "let's do it together" kind of way. Tell us to meet you at a certain time; have us gather our products and demonstrate what you do in such a way as we are following along and doing it with you. -- Just an idea. :) And by the way -- I was so mad that your hairdresser wouldn't stop cutting your hair! That has happened to me several times and Oh, boy!!! LOL But, you are so much more than your hair, as we all are. You are extremely beautiful inside and out. I love your twists. And I love that we get the opportunity to see you "start anew" and witness your journey to having thigh to knee length hair. 🤩😊

Hello beautiful. It's been awhile. since I've commented. The last time was not too long ago on instagram and that may have been on the hairline. I still keep up with you though and always plan on it though I amy be silent.. Life has been changing for me, little by little , in a good way thank you Jesus. It is refreshing to hear you talking about your faith when it is becoming increasingly taboo to do so. My hair? It is healthy, but I must admit, I have not been as enthused about it. I take care of it but I mainly keep it in a three braid pony tail with human hair curly ponytail added on. I like wigs and I plan on doing faux locs again. God bless you, your family, and your business and continue onward with your gardening and the Lord. Until next time.

I’m currently transitioning I had did a Fenugreek paste mask 3months ago and I believe it gave my hair a overload. My hair felt fried and over processed overtime. I added aloe and shea but maybe it just wasnt balanced . I do believe I am extremely protein sensitive to anything which is why I’m not returning to henna . My hair only likes amla and aloe , bhringraj so far after 2 years .

Hope you are well. I have a question after receiving my order of almost everything on your site. First , I have used some mixed powder products and some oils so my hair and skin are familiar with Ayurvedic products. I am 45 Caucasian women with waist length hair but it it disgustingly thin from crazy breakage and always dry at the ends. My hair is also loose ringlet curls line what you would get from using a 1” barrel curling iron but it’s naturally curly. I never use blow dryer, curling/ flat iron or much product except leave in conditioners and some smoothing or frizz oils. MY QUESTION IS WHAT PRODUCTS OF YOURS SHOULD I USE FIRST AND HOW SHOULD I USE THEM RIGHT NIW FOR STRENGTH, GROWTH AND CONDITIONING/SOFTNESS/ HYDRATION?? Any advice is great. I purchased all 4 bags of yours along with THE GOLDEN ONE AND THE FENUGREEK ELIXIR. Thank you, KM

Look for it at your health food store. If you're in the US, I found it at the Vitamin Shoppe but I don't use it because so many people say that it increases the size of your boobs if you take it orally but supposedly it also helps with hair growth. I purchased the doctor's best and on the outside of the jar it says it helps support joint and skin health. I don't take it orally because I don't need more boobs or new wardrobe and I tried it mixed in the recipe for hair growth and really didn't notice anything. I felt my hair just grows as it normally does. I really haven't found anything that speeds up the growth of my hair but I think MSN was supposed to keep it in his growing phase longer but my hair just grows the way they didn't naturally does at its natural speed. You can probably find a lot of videos with curly Proverbs talkin about the advantages of MSM.
