Yes they do … training is for 45 days and you get basic salary during training… which is 3000 AED in etihad for now …

Maybe 20 - 25 days ….. also depends upon the availability of the trainers and if they have space to accomplish the trainee in academy…. Sometimes due to alot of batches it takes time
