Her songs heal us! This is one of the songs that I still burst into tears sometimes while singing along. The lyrics go right in, finds the hurt, gently teases it out, honors it...and shows us how to let it go. Who else does that - again and again, no matter what song it is?! You will love both the HAIK (pronounced exactly like hike - and means hitchhike) video that shows all the fun she had that day, as well as the full HAIK concert. It's sheer joy to watch her joy.

You will need to watch that again Jaybee. There is some strong symbolism regarding the scissors you missed. It happens to us all, she can pull the emotions right out of your soul at will. P.S. Good to hear you are feeling better. Warriors and Weirdos fight by lifting everyone up, not pushing some down.

Thank you, thank you for a lovely Aurora reaction, and for sharing a (n y eyes) a very emotional moments with beautiful tears. I ham sorry that I have not commented for weeks, I have been very ill (not covid, I just suffer from chronic illness and some times the pain takes everything I am). I have binged 5 of your Aurora reactions today, and you made my day so much brighter and warmer. I know you have tons of suggestions, and I will add another one, Soft Universe Live in Nidarosdomen. For years I had an interpretation of the song and lyrics, and I still feel they are correct, but then I feel that every single interpretation of Aurora's songs are correct an everyone is valid. A work of art can b many things at the same time. For me Soft Universe is about being brave enough to dare to love again after having been badly hurt. To want love so much that you give yourself over even thou you know you can be scared again. ' A little while ago Aurora dd a live stream an on of the questions was what she had wanted to convey with the Soft Universe lyric. She answered that so many people struggle against predigest for what they believe, for who they are and who they love. It is a song about how hard life an be when you are ostracized and about the change that can come when you find love and it makes you strong enough to use your own voice for your self and others. Aurora explained that the ending represents when demonstrations for our rights are pet with hate and violence. I will tempt you further - the Nidarosdomen performance uses the orchestra again. kzbin.info/www/bejne/oWTCeaiNo510f68 AURORA - SOFT UNIVERSE | LEGENDADO (Live in Nidarosdomen)

Nordic pagan religion tells us that we are all part of one giant tree: Yggdrasil, the tree of life. We see it like this (pardon me for my personal interpretation of it, others might use other words) we are leaves, on a tree. We, as leaf, only experience our leavy things. We see the other leaves as 'seperate'. We dont 'see' the tree. We only see the leaves. But behind the scenes, on another level: we, leaves, are all expressions of.. the tree. Another way I often explain it is like: our souls are like a solid block of ice. Other souls also are solid blocks of ice. But when we die: we melt. and flow back into this 'lake of all souls'. Then, when a new child is made: a cup of this 'lake of souls' is taken, and frozen into time and place, into a block of ice: to experience life again. All children therefor are copies of all the humans ever alive. This also extends to animals, btw, and plants, and mountains, and the earth, and the sun, and everything. We are all fractal-like copies, of 'god', the primal vibration, that originated everything. The dutch have a saying: 'Ik wou dat ik twee hondjes was, dan kon ik samen spelen' (I wish I was two dogs, so I could play with myself) (note that the dutch variant does not have the 'play with myself' wink wink naughty connection, it actually means 'play' as in 'play', not as in 'wank') God, created life, to be able to meet himself, interact with himself. You are not only my brother, you are me, from a different perspective. If that makes any sense. I really think this is the way to look at things that explains all religions on earth. All shamans who enter 'the underworld' using DMT can more or less tell you the same thing. I can go on for hours, lol, but I will stop now.

I almost NEVER literally cry to music. But the first time I heard this? You bet I did. And even now....watching YOU crying while listening to this....just made ME shed a few tears! What kind of emotional witchcraft is Aurora wielding?? lol She's PERFECT at writing *_emotionally cathartic_* music. I still remember the first time I ever heard "All Is Soft Inside" and "A Different Kind of Human." Both of those songs made me WEEP. But not out of sadness. More like....because I felt so SO seen and understood and not alone. For whatever reason I so _get_ Aurora. Maybe it's because I'm an INFP, and she so clearly is as well. idk...but certain songs of hers just cut to my core. I also still remember the giddy high I felt after "Giving in to the Love" first dropped around October 2021. I was SO worried it wouldn't be good....and then it totally exceeded my expectations and was exactly what I wanted. And it was one tiny moment in the song that won me over. After the chorus, during the sort of post-chorus refrain where she sings the title 3 times as the melody descends. The 2nd time she sings that line "giving in to the love..." the WAY she sings the word "love" just hit me hard for some reason. There's this aching yearning pleading to it....hopeful but also longing to be hopeful. Anyway.....she's the best. Long live Aurora.....

It's about letting your emotions out than bottling it in. The vines symbolized the emotions, tears. As she uses the scissors to cut from letting it out. At the end, she let it out and embraced, so it's alright to cry it out. And let it go, as you ran wild and free after. They say she made that song due to the suicide rate.

What a beautiful response to this song! I cried watching you cry to her singing about crying lol. Trust me, I've ugly cried, wept to her songs too many times to count. The line that always touches me in this song is "Don't forget who you are even though you're in need". So many of us feel lowly, embarrassed when we're hurting. It's such an important message; to stay true to who you are, it's ok! Aurora's message often comes down to just that. One of her songs that touches me the most is "A Different Kind of Human". She just did a live studio version of that, which you can find here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/nXPXlY2IrLOHb7c. You may really enjoy that, too. I think you may be "infected", Warrior!!! Much love to you ❤️❤️❤️

Thank you for sharing part of yourself with these videos. I just watched the Queendom reaction and now this, and I am sad that you face struggles for something so human as love - but I am glad that you where able to share and get support from the lovely warriors and weirdos out here. For Aurora it's hard to recommend a song, because I just love everything she does or touches. I love The Seed during the HAIK performance, but I know you have already reacted to that song during a different live (but they are two entirely different vibes, with HAIK being more powerfull/strong than the previous one you reacted to). So any other song from HAIK is great as it's live, but it's also rigged up in a forest, so a really intimate concert in her "natural" habitat. I am guaranteed in the minority here when I say that her Nidarosdomen performance is not my favourite. It's not that it's weak, but more that she is very well behaved (?), and AURORA is at her greatest when she just lets go and have fun without a worry in the world.
