He very well could be an investor in Morphe and none of you would ever know. Nor is Morphe required or legally obligated to disclose their silent investors. When a company goes "public" there are legal loopholes allowing for silent investors who do not have to be disclosed at all. It has something to do with not just their investment and the silent investor "donating" a tiny amount this making them able to "invest" silently, not requiring disclosure since they do charitable, untaxed business with the same company. He’s clearly a hidden investor, so most likely Jeffree’s company owns stocks or has stakes in morphe that Jeffree profits financially from, since it’s not Jeffree as the person but Jeffree as the Company they can legally say no Jeffree is not an investor, but if he is a hidden investor it won’t show up on their investors list. What needs to be asked of morphe is, does Jeffree or Jeffree Co. have a financial stake in morphe. If he does, he has a vote in what decisions the board of the company makes, it’s small but it’s still a say. Pretty messed up of morphe and him.
