i feel like they’ve lost their personality. the main reason why i liked them so much in 2017-2018 was because they seemed genuine and full of personality. they were just goofy teenagers making fun and entertaining videos. now it’s honestly embarrassing looking at their newer video titles like “paying my twin $10,000 every time we argue” and “buying my brother a $40,000 watch” and doing cringe tiktok trends like ?? yet they try and claim that they aren’t very materialistic and money isn’t important to them. it’s honestly weird seeing how they’ve made making the trending page their #1 priority. i stopped watching them over a year ago because they slowly just started to become boring, and i’m glad people are starting realizing they’ve changed and making them aware.

I know you shouldn’t say you knew something all along, but tbh it’s always rubbed me the wrong way that the Dolan twins always boasted about how “real” and “deep” and “down-to-earth” they were and how they couldn’t care less about their fame or possessions when they were strutting around the world in their Gucci clothes and Tesla cars. Like there’s nothing wrong with being proud of your success and showing how far you’ve come, but in my opinion it sure didn’t add to their “genuine” persona. This whole situation just seals the deal for me. The Dolan twins are fake as fuck and I hope they give Ryan the apology he deserves.
