🙄 - yes, extremely slow [like the hour-hand on a clock] but at 7:55 we have the dams “siren-alarm” sounding a flood risk/rapid water flow warning for further down stream, and the spill-over occurs at 12:49

The gate is uneven it’s lowering more on the left standing below looking at the gate than the right
