So I have a question. So I have 3 seven week old kittens, that eventually I would like to walk on a leash. I think it's good for them to get some fresh air, but where we live they can't be indoor-outdoor cats because we have had many that we have lost for various reasons and all of it having to do with the outdoors. I thought of putting them in shirts (or the socks) like you had done to get them used to having something around them to not bother them by the time they're big enough for a harness. If putting them in clothes isn't the best idea what do you recommend?

Wow. A cat that has the same condition that I do! (Pectus excavatum). ;-; I wish I could give her a home. I would petition my landlord to make exceptions (it's been done before) and devote myself to this little fluffball. I've never related to another creature as strongly as I am to Spinach. It kinda...hurts. Edit: Dang lotta responses. But alas I'm pretty sure impossible to get Spinach all the way to Michigan./ ;-; I'll just hope whoever becomes her forever parents treats her well. We survivors need a lotta love.

I’m caring for a broken femur, tail and hip deaf white kitten... she’s undergone her first surgery at 3 weeks old and 700 grams. She’s now two months old, with an external fixer and 1.1 kilo and she’s just nuts (as any kitten) hard to keep her entertained while giving her the right and enough bed rest she needs for her leg... couple more surgeries to go, but so far, looking at her face and blue eyes makes it all SOOOOOO WORTH IT. thank you for your videos, they’ve truly helped me a lot.

I have to tell you you basically WON a revolution that I have been fighting since the early 80's back then when I fostered, I was told by vets and ASPCA that I was "Prolonging the inevitable" and basically making the kittens "Suffer" pretty strange considering my fosters grew into happy healthy adult cats...with the RIGHT nutrition and care and whole lot of Love, giving these little furry souls a fighting chance, Kitten Lady you EARNED your Gold Seat on the Rainbow Bridge! My brother has it too! But he actually needs surgery because it’s pushing on his heart. The surgery is very low risk, it just causes a lot pain. They’ll be basically bruising all of his ribs.

Her congenial problem actually saved her life. If she didn’t have it you wouldn’t have known about it. Or do they think it was caused by the defect? She is such a beautiful kitty❤️ I just bet she loves to play with your hair!! The outfits are too cute!! Boy you sure like challenges!! Little Chick pea is sweet , too!! The two weeks probably helps to get them used to each other, too. At least the cryo surgery is less invasive than the surgery where they have to reshape the eyelids. Yeah! No more chest plate!! She is a happy healthy kitty!!

Thanks to you, a few years ago I was able to apply your information with a rescue kitten that I found inside a dumpster. She was only 5 days old (at best). You are a wonderful soul for fostering and taking care of all these little kittens, as well as, the other animals that you take on. We had a foster with P.E. who unfortunately did not survive but we gave her the best shot we could. She was found outside an apartment complex with her mama and litter mates. Mama and the other two babies are now happy in their forever home. Nice to see more education on this.

I think she'd get along really well with my other cat, she was thrown out of a car onto my aunts farm, and left to basically die. I took her in, and now 3 years later she's the most wonderful cat you could ask for. She still doesn't want her back pet, and doesn't jump onto things because of her injuries, but she's the sweetest cat in the world.

Gosh they are so cute. Seeing Spinach's ears wiggle while she's eating reminds me of my cat that had to be bottle fed when she was rescued on some jetties before she could drown. Her ears would do the same thing and it was so precious. She passed last year at the ripe old age of 18 and I miss her so much but seeing things like that remind me of her!
