What is your bupivicaine/morphine mix? Have you considered a lidocaine mix as well?

Very good demonstration for educational purposes. I know this is a relatively old video, but don't you use Sufentanil in combination with Spinal Bupivacaine?

Good question. Yes we do use spinal Sufentanil mainly in OB. Trying to avoid any spinal opioids in the elderly population. Thank you.

Why did you put the patient in the lateral position. It would seem to give a pronounced one sided block. This would be a good technique for a unilateral knee, but not the best choice for a TURP, C-section and such.

Depends we do this if the patient is unable to be moved into an upright position due to pain and discomfort but usually those patients we deal with have NOFS or extremely unstable fractures within the legs
