As for the images though, they are property of bodyworksprime.com or they are licensed from a 3rd party such as Shutterstock sorry. Shutterstock has a big library if you need images for your website. However, each image has to be purchased with credits. All the videos I make also have a full length article on my website, if you prefer to study from a written format.
