Instead of scrapping off the anodize layer, seems a type of piercing washer under the jam nut (or a combination of the two) would avoid that one failure mode.

I have haas vf3 2005 model. If i send command M03 S30 Cycle Start. Spindle runs at 60 rpm. And show S 60 rpm on current command screen. Can u tell me where is problem?

We got some issues on a vf9 spindle. It loses the spindle orientation and we can't fix it even after the spindle belt substitution. What can we do to solve it?

Eggsr2bcrushed Your hfo has the needed service key. It is a generated code saved on a memory stick. The key Unlocks parameters so you can change 257.
