The gunshot residue evidence suggests his sister may also have been involved. My belief is that she did other members of the family and then he did her right at the very end. They were very close and he probably didn't want her to be dragged through the justice system.

@@beckyblinsonDo you have a hard time believing in oxygen and air as well? Just because something is not visible does not mean that it is not there. When you spend a long time in the woods by yourself, away from the city, and society, you start to understand things a little better. If you open yourself to the possibilities, and ask for some signs, you may see. Sometimes its very subtle, and sometimes it takes a long time, but not always.

Some people are affected by the spirit world some are not. But they do affect us one way or another eventually. They are very real and should not be tampered with. If the sceptics who do not believe that family then they should go and live in the house for 28 days and see for themselves. Do the normal family life things while living there. As the new owners are a couple they probably have the second floor rooms closed off especially at night, so that they are not affected by the entities on that floor. A case of we won't bother you if you don't bother us. I once knew a family who had that agreement - it worked for them, they sensed / heard strange things at times and just left it alone and they were left alone. Many people do co-exist by ignoring them. As long as they themselves as humans are not touched.... Why do builders build on known old grave sites anyway. Very disrespectful....

The Cromartys- the people who bought the house after the Lutzes, also had issues. Their 19-year-old son died of a heart attack suffered inthe house. He was living in Ron Defeo's old room - the sewing room. They tried to sue the Lutzes to get back their money and lied about their experiences because they wanted to unload it. After the son died, they moved out and hired someone to look after it and make it look like they still lived there.

I lived in a house where the previous owner, Nathan, had died a few months earlier in our living room. WITHOUT DOUBT, he was there. He locked the toilet door more than once, and it had no windows, just an extractor fan. According to my neighbour, his daughter had gotten locked in the same toilet and he panicked. Nathan was an otherwise nice spirit. The thing he did once that did frighten me, was that he whispered my own name into my ear, and that was horrible. I asked him never to do it again, and he didn’t. We would say goodnight to him, and good morning. His widow would drive by, and I tried to get her to stop and I’d have let her in, because Nathan was only early thirties when he passed of a stomach ulcer bleed. He left her and two little girls behind. Very sad. 😔

I'm not saying that its impossible that Dawn killed some members but if someone saw her come out of the house in a coat, how then did she end up shot in her bed? If Ronnie killed her after all the family members were dead, why wasnt she on the floor? She wouldnt get back into bed after the killings.Did Ronnie put her in her bed after killing her? But why bother to do that? Unfortunately we will never know what really happened. Alot of people who were never in the house or knew the Lutz family state that the haunting was a hoax. What people dont know is that George Lutz was into the occult and because of the murders that took place and his interest in the occult, I think something paranormal was going on. One of the Lutz sons said the house wasnt haunted as portrayed in the book but there were paranormal things going on.I'm not surprized that later owners didnt feel the house was haunted. Some people can sense ghosts, others can not. I believe the same thing. It had to be demons taking control of him through the drugs he ingested that night. 3:15 am is well known as the “witching hour”, because it is opposite of the time Jesus Christ was hung on a cross taking our sins on Himself as He died! It’s through Christ’s shed blood on the Cross and Resurrection 3 days later, that we are Saved and will go to Heaven when we die. Sadly, those that reject Him will suffer in the lake of fire for eternity! Please Choose Christ Jesus Today / Tonight, Before It’s Too Late……. ⏰⏰⏰. God Bless Friends. ♥️🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻✝️🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻♥️

George Lutz says something strange. 18:50 “We did not move in and move out as the same family. All of us were…. Quite frightened by the time they left…..and knew of no fear when we moved in. And the fears alone is something that changed all of us” Weird uses of pronouns.

Why were they all shot in their back while in bed. Wouldn’t the family members woken up after the first couple shots and got out of bed? But they were all in their beds and shot in their backs. Perhaps more than one person did it all at the same time not giving any family members a chance to wake up .

My opinion is there were more than one person involved in the family murders, that the house was not haunted before but a drug infested rage. I think as a result of the murders, the house became haunted by the dead family members. Just an opinion and theory though.

A house for lovers. if the whole horror story is based on a lie, then why did the world's most famous mediums get there with a TV crew day and night, unless you really want to hide the truth, and that's what this really looks like now, because this is one of the most famous murders in the world. Even the perpetrator of the murders said first that he wasn't himself and then the opposite, isn't it time to reveal the truth and let the TV team day and night into the house with the best medium. one idea is also jase is that the Twin Paranormal and Paranormal Nightmare brothers will come along and if it is true after all that the case is just a lie then the truth will come out whether it was a lie or not. If demons or evil souls don't exist, then how do you explain that after the Poltergeist movies, the main actor CHILD died and other participants in the movie or the body ödge when it was found mysteriously died 7-8 people and certainly before their time.

All of the haunting claims, real or not, have made a great story that I have loved since first learning about it in the 1970's! It's funny to me how so many people in this video try to debunk all the claims with logical explanation.....Why not just say they made it up or you don't believe it? Why say you can step on the floor and the mis-adjusted counterweights make the window open and close? Or Jodi the pig is really a house climbing, overweight, red-eyed cat? The murders were real, and that's bad enough....... The haunting? Who knows....?
