-Supine Spinal Twist: This movement helps in releasing tension in the spine, improving spinal flexibility, and promoting a sense of relaxation throughout the torso.
-Drum Tapping on the upper legs: his technique stimulates circulation, helps release muscle tension, and can invigorate the lower body, preparing it for further movement or relaxation.
-Washing Machine, Inguinal Drain: helps to relax the muscles around the hips and promotes overall relaxation.
