How often do I do exercises for each week? I'm on week 2. Do I do the four exercises 3 times a week? More?

Doing each weekly video 3 times a week is a good place to start. There are many weeks posted. This is designed to give you a large variety to experience. I also have many beginner videos that are complete routines too. Explore all the KZbin videos. There is a new clearly defined program coming soon with no adds and more personal attention.
