It’s been a long time that we are using yarn. It was not so easy tusk for humankind to make spinning wheel and produce yarn as much as they need. It took a century to come this age. Nowadays we are using computerized machinery where we can get all the processing data when the raw cotton becoming an export quality Yarn. When we need to maintain the 100% export quality yarn then it took a lot of processing section and machinery for cleaning, blending, and twisting.
Today I will talk about the first cotton line experience from an export quality yarn factory that I got as an Electrical Engineer. We used Trützschler 2016 machinery and that was brand new. So we also got a few Service Engineer from Trützschler. We work together for starting this cotton line as soon as possible. It started with Blandomat Opener and transfer to the BR-COI, SP-EM, CL-U, CL-P and MX-U 6. MX-U 6 is a 6 chamber mixer where the blended raw cotton can be store and mix with each other properly. We are having three of them. I will share our machine layout after some video.

Today I am here with something new but form the same sector.
In my last video, I showed you how to play with Trützschler Blandomat Opener.
And today I will take you a little bit farther process with raw cotton.
It is the very first time that we are starting the cotton line in our factory.
It took one year to come this day.
And for this reason, we are having some guest.
And now we are checking the final adjustment for this machine.
Form my left, it’s the raw cotton belt and we are using lap 1.
Now it started and cotton will travel some random cleaning process.
You know the top level of Spinning Mills uses this kind of machine.
Blandomat is moving.
It’s taking the cotton.
Here is the cotton.
All cotton is storing in this MX-U 6 machine.
