The ship breaking process shown here is from Pakistan. The local dresses of the labor make it abundantly clear. Still I am surprised to see how name of Pakistan is avoided. This industry ranks among the top three in the world.

Das ist so eine wichtige schwere Arbeit die die Männer da verrichten ich ziehe vor jedem einzelnen mein Hut.😊Ich sag doch Künstler ob Schiffe Autos was auch immer zerlegen oder wieder aufbauen.👍🌞

La desmontacion de navíos es una profesión muy especial, he sido desmonntador durante 55 años, en mis muchas y variadas desmontaciones, siempre lo hice en la sección de letrinas, viva los desmontadores de barcos sección letrinas

Not surprised that there is only 7:00 minutes out of 20:15 of actually ship's being scraped, it is extremely dangerous work with a high percentage of injuries and deaths. The owners of the ship breaking yards do not want any publicity or outside eyes on their operations. Jounalist and others have tried to get close, but it's not safe.

@@вроткомпот-и7о Many reasons. No environmental laws, little or no worker safety protection, extremely low wages, use of child labour. India, China and Bangladesh are the leaders, followed by Pakistan, those are the reasons it is done in those countries.

Pelo menos um desses navios que vão para o desmanche já vi no porto de Belém, capital do estado do Pará, norte do Brasil, isso há 37 anos. Porém, o meu sonho era ver um navio petroleiro grego chamado Agius Vlasius, pois foi o primeiro navio que entrei na vida, quando fazia o trabalho de inspeção naquele porto. Já pesquisei no Google, mas nunca obtive uma resposta positiva, é como se o navio nunca tivesse existido. Tentei entrar em algum arquivo com nomes de navios e também não consegui nada.

This was the worst video of just about any topic I’ve ever seen. All together you showed about 3:30 minutes of actual ship breaking footage. The rest was completely unrelated and uninteresting.
