In Dizzyness the Focusing on Series is an Excellent help. The Brain will be redirected away from the sensation of Vertigo. Brain Produces sensations that fade away all the time when being in conscious State. Have a nice day. Sami Morelli

Dizziness can be Fought by Slowing intervals in Choreo. Focusing Helps Partly. Good Evening. Sami Morelli

Hallo! What I've been doing is after climbing down, I rotate around myself to the opposite direction, for about as many times I rotated on the pole. Everyone giggles but it's the only way to undo the dizziness.

I’m just starting out and I keep getting terrible motion sickness and migraines from pole and I’ve only tried it a handful of times. I’m honestly kind of disappointed about it but I’m going to try these tips and see if it helps ❤️ thank you so much ! I thought I was the only one 😂

Hey Danielle, I can imagine how frustrating this must be for you 😭 do you also get it when you train on a static pole? It will get better over time and in the worst case take some motion sickness pills before class 🙈❤️

Sandra Beeston yes but it’s definitely better on a static pole !! I’ll try and use some medicine before class too ❤️❤️ thank you so very much for your helpful tips ! You’re so sweet for replying to me !

That is helpful! Sometimes I get dizzy & sick too. I’ve even thrown up before- which is not fun. I’ve started to learn how to control the speed of the spin. Slowing the kick off & keeping body away from the pole helps a lot. I’ve tried Dramamine ( motion sickness medications) but it makes me sleepy. I wind up napping instead of practicing... THANK YOU🌹❤️ Wonderful video. I’m going to try your tips 😊

Hey Mary, that must be so annoying 😭 motion sickness sucks... I do get dizzy too, especially if my head is close to the pole. Some tricks I never do because I don’t enjoy them because of it but I’m sure that you‘ll find a way and I hope that my tips will help you too 🙏🏽 have a great day ❤️

Thank you! I'm happy you like it ❤ I will make a video about it but I also shared a few tips in my top 10 pole dance no-go's video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/p6itlKKPfc6boqs&t= Do you struggle with sweaty hands or is it more that you want to build up more grip strength? :)

Sandra Beeston thank you! 😊 I think it’s mostly sweaty hands, somedays it’s fine but other days my hands are so slippery and I don’t feel comfortabel doing certain tricks.

Not quite the same thing - but when I used to dance (like a million yrs ago it seems) I learned to 'spot' when doing turns. Picking a spot on the wall or whatever, and turning (whipping?) your head at the last possible moment during a turn to refocus on that same spot. I can see where this would not be directly applicable to pole - but your focus on the mirror (which is a 'spot' of sorts to return to) seems to be an example of this technique! .... And, forgive me for speaking from observation and perspective rather than experience - I think the mention of slower transitions and movements is spot on. The momentum of the spin, in itself, provides an element of pace and speed - the actual movements performed reflect this and benefit from a more deliberate and slower execution 🤍 When I watch an enjoyable routine on the spin pole (specifically), I'm almost always reminded of the pace and rhythm of a Carousel ... with the horses moving up and down while the whole is turning at a constant speed. Smooth, flow, rhythm and tempo 😎

You’re comments are like reading a fascinating book or a lovely poem 😍 are you an author? If so I will book you when it’s time to write my autobiography 😅👌🏽 that was by far the best description of what spinning pole makes it so mesmerizing ❤️ btw you used to dance? What style? 🤩
@-Dal
@-Dal 4 жыл бұрын
Haha! ... No - I'm not an author😂... But I'd love to help you write your autobiography nonetheless 🙂 I danced classical ballet when I was young (like I said - seems a million yrs ago now) Then life happens and things change. I was one of three guys in a company of forty women. Lifting them in the air and carrying them around the stage on my shoulder was a tough job - but hey, ....somebody had to do it 😜
@SandraFlow
@SandraFlow 4 жыл бұрын
Oh wow! I think I can remember you told me before that you used to dance. But woooow that must be really a tough job! The carrying part physically but I can imagine it's also mentally hard to be around forty women. I can't even handle myself haha 😂
@-Dal
@-Dal 4 жыл бұрын
I was being sarcastic! 🤣 They were all much like you - so the lifting/carrying was easy - and, like pole, my job was to make it (and by extension, them) *look* easy and graceful, effortless. And they treated me very well .... to be sure I wouldn't drop them during class or rehearsals! 😎
@SandraFlow
@SandraFlow 4 жыл бұрын
Haha 😂 I do think it’s a tough job even if they are pretty light. I do some acro yoga with others sometimes and I suck as a base! If a trick works or not is dependent on a good base and I‘m terrible at it 😂 I just stick to pole 😅👌🏽

Dear Sandra Beeston: Spinning on Upper part of Pole looked Captivating. Scorpio and Leg Extensions were Carefully Elaborated. Making the Choreo too fast looked a bit messy. Spinning near the Pole too fast is Unpleasant. Vertigo is a Danger Factor for Pole Dancer it must be Excluded. I Personally think that Slow Choreo here is Very Appealing and Physically Demanding. Good Evening. Sami Morelli

Dear Sandra Beeston: Slowing Down Transitions Makes The Dizziness Disappear. People tend to Follow Movement with Eyes, This Makes Brain Visual Centre to misjudge that You're in some space Without firm Ground. This Vertigo is Worse when You Perform EG. Scorpio Head Down. You Do Shifts between Choreo Intervals Graciously without any Friction. Vertigo is Good to Observe It Being a Potential Safety Risk For Pole Dancer. Good Evening. Sami Morelli

Dear Sandra Beeston: I Seems Clearly According to this video Slowing the Twirl down helps You Focusing on the series and in the same time the Performance Becames Perfect. Your slowened Pirouettes and Twirls look Perfect. Leather leggings will make Your attachment on the Pole better and leggings stay steady on the Waist and on legs During Performance. What comes The Pregnancy Effect on Dizzyness on the Pole It may vary from person to person the Effects may be Surprising. Very Good Performance and Perfect Twirls. Keeping the head away from Pole Epicenter is a Good Technique. Enjoy Your Tuesday Afternoon. Sami Morelli
