Everyone is complaining about the spinosaurus should be winning. But even the T. rex versus spino isn’t realistic. The bite force of a T. rex is the strongest of any animal to ever live. It could easily crush that skinny neck. Oh, what’s that? You want PROOF that I I Rex would win? Remember, this isn’t the ingen spino. This is a normal one. It is made of a T. rex, velociraptor, carnotaurus, Gigantosaurus, Majungasaurus, Rugops, Pycnonemosaurus, Quilemesaurus, Viavenator, Deinosuchus, Therizinosaurus, cuttle fish, tree frogs, and pit viper snake. No spinosaurus is going to stand a CHANCE against that thing. She weighs 8 tons, and is 6.1 meters tall, and 15.2 meters long, and has a bite force of 5 tons. Bam there’s your proof.

What are you basing this on? We have very limited remains of Spinosaurus and only 1 or 2 specimen suggesting it reached sizes like T.rex did. And even these specimen are estimated to be around the size of an average T.rex(6 to 7 metric tons) We have many other remains of Spinosaurus suggesting a size much smaller than T.rex aswell... We can't conclude Spinosaurus is bigger than T.rex, not with the limited fossils we have of the animal right now.

Too add to my point, we also can't confirm that the largest specimen of Spinosaurus(the only large specimen i should say, all other specimen are significantly smaller) to even belong to Spinosaurus, it's only assinged to it for now. So to say it got bigger than T.rex is something we can't be sure of

I believe that the spinosaurus is not an adult either, it seems that the spinosaurus was only 2 years old when it was encountered during Jurassic Park 3. It probably would have the same genes that makes it grow faster, just like the Indominus. But in the end, I guess that the spino has already reached its max size (Edit) I forgot an important detail, the Indominus was fighting against rexy, a tyrannosaurus that's no longer in her prime while the JP3 spinosaurus was able to kill a tyrannosaurus that's in its prime in under a minute

The JP3 Spino killed an adolescent T-Rex that just got done eating a huge meal. Sure, the Spino got scratched by a plane wing but it’s not like he couldn’t fight, in fact, the Spino was in a rampage after that which gave him another advantage. The JP3 battle was horrible & unrealistic; the T-Rex, after landing a neck bite, would crush the thin neck of the Spino, killing it instantly. The Spino’s size doesn’t mean anything when it doesn’t have any counter to being crushed by up to 9 tons of pure pressure. 1 bite would cause serious wounds.

@@redx3816, even if it was (remember, it was the same baby T-Rex that was born naturally in JP2 as you can see by it’s color and that it was still growing as a result of it being more natural than the hybrid-like Spino.) The Spino had serious plot armor considering that it survived 8 tons of pressure to the neck. In any media outside of the unrealistic world of JP3, the Spino would lose to the T-Rex even if the Spino managed to get some bites and scratches landed.

I agree with this. Spinosaurus is amazing but I-Rex is made specifically to kill other Dinosaurs pretty much. The intelligence alone would be incredibly hard for Spino to overcome. Spinosaurus isn't the brightest Dinosaur. And yes the only real difference between the rl Spino and the jp3 Spino is the aggression. The rl version is much more passive as you said but doesn't like other predators in its territory that includes Carcharodontosaurus.

The Rex and Spino most likely, although the spino doesn't stand a chance against the Indominus it has a great advantage against the indoraptor, because he's bigger and has a long ass mouth that could keep the indoraptor away from reaching up to his spine, which is spino's great weakness and the main reason of their deaths after fight with a big carnivore. The T rex doesn't have as many advatages as the spino against the indoraptor but he does have a lot advantages againt the indominus rex because the t rex's bite force is 3-4 times stronger than the spino, so once the indoraptor is dead to the spino the indominus would stand no chance against the t rex and spino. So basically the real reason why the T rex and spino would win it's because the indoraptor is really weak and holds back the indominus

Someone pointed out that the reason it probably couldn't break that door was because of the design of the building. The overhang section before the door meant the Spinosaurus was unable to get enough space to generate any significant force

There's a lot of good information in this video, but there is also a lot of inaccurate information in this video. 1) Rexy is not "old," as dialogue in Fallen Kingdom stated. 2) The Spinosaurus is not a hybrid; this is a fan theory and by no means a fact, thus should not be presented as such. Regardless of however many ambiguous hints there may be, not a single thing actually names the Spinosaurus as a hybrid. 3) Behind-the-scenes material has one of the animators claiming they got Indominus to run 35 miles per hour when she was going to the aviary, so that's her speed, not 31. 4) Almost 10 tons for the Indominus' weight? Source for that number? That seems to be total speculation as no canon material I've seen has given anything near 10 tons. The only canon (maybe) source for the Indominus' weight is the JW size chart, which says she's 6 tons. I can understand her being 10 tons fully grown since Rexy is 9 tons, but maybe a little disclaimer or explanation would be good. 5) The video mentions the JP3 Spinosaurus a few times, but the stats at 1:48 are definitely not describing the InGen animal. The JP3 Spinosaurus is much smaller than that but also runs up to 27 miles per hour. JP3 Spino would have a better chance of beating the Indominus than the prehistoric version, but would still not be able to get the job done. 6) Probably should have included bone armor for the Indominus' advantages. Even several bites to the neck from Rexy didn't rip the Indominus' neck apart. Overall, a good video. The right combatant won and I'm glad there was no obvious bias for either side. Indominus is an objectively superior animal.

Agreed Indominus would beat Spinosaurus, I do believe you're giving spino a bit too much credit though. 70%? Idk in my opinion I think Indominus Rex completely owns spinosaurus no contest, I say it wins more like 90% of the time. Its abilities along with its intelligence makes it a nightmare for spino, plus that sail on its back is a huge vulnerable target. If spino could get indominus in the water then fine the advantage goes to spino but on land spino stands no chance.
