Jay D you doing long enough, you can condition your lungs. I can almost make myself hyperventilate on purpose. I take long slow deep breaths and gradually take quicker breathes, you make your lungs oxygenate your blood. Try it in a swimming pool with people around for safety. I took swimming lessons for years and we would always have a competition at the end of the year I always won. Your body can do amazing things, it is the psychologically barrier you have to break. Your body is going to scream for you to come up it is our survival instinct. But stay down make yourself you will be surprised!!!

Hey have you realized this year there wasn't as many lobsters? My family and I only caught 62/82 that's a lot but usually we limit out both days, and they were a lot bigger this year. We go all the way down to mile marker 0, I was woundering where u go because I was going to see if you would like to go spearfishing with my family and I in the steel beams, by the way I saw about 2-3 eels in ledges so I would check to see if there are any in holes before u stick your body in a hole. Lol
