You can see the master's "startled beast momentum". Like when someone pokes you with a needle and your whole body's intention instantly moves. Starled Beast Momentum mixed with grace is very good.

Very interesting, spiral energy is in our DNA! It has a lot in common with Taiji, although the physical, external appearance looks completely different. It's unlikely that elderly people or people with some physical health issues could practise in this way, although a slower, more internal practice, could be very beneficial.

AMAZING! this is as close as I have seen to a rare Mian Chuan, (Mien Quan, MianZhang Quan). The system I practice which is also known as "Cotton Fist." The movements you do with the elbows looks very similar to our "Calligraphy Elbows System" ☯️ Love your work 🙏

Really interesting! I've been trying to practice this but have found it difficult at times and easy to loose focus. To address that I've tried some things: 1) do it for set periods of time of constant motion such as constantly moving for 10 minutes, 2) do alternating sets of fast and slow motion where slow motion is timed with the breath and fast motion is done with power/fa-jing, 3) try to create a "sense of enemy" by imaging doing push-hands and being attacked. Do you have any suggestions? Appreciate any advice...

practice tai ji, xing yi, ba gua, tai yi, mantis, ba ji, so many diferents qi gong, so many diferents styles, your day should have more than 24 hours.
